Location & Size: The subject property is a 4.85 acre lot located along Charlene Lane in West Belen Palisades, a residential subdivision situated just west of Belen and less than thirty minutes south of Albuquerque. Click here to see the subject property's location on Google Maps.

Roads & Access: While this property is located in a region with well-maintained roads which are trafficked often by local land owners, it should be noted that the last couple hundred yards of roads leading out to the land will present challenges for anyone not driving a larger truck or off-road capable vehicle. The approach to the property along Harrison Road (one road west of the subject property) will easily cover most of the distance to the land and get you close to the property. There are, however, a number of legal roads between Harrison and Charlene which have either become overgrown or obstructed in some way. Because of this, our photographer recomended approaching the land from the south at a turn-off from Harrison close to the Bar-Y Pet Hotel. This will allow you the best access to Charlene Lane, at which point the property will be only a couple hundred yards north on your right hand side (see driving directions diagram in the photo gallery at the bottom of this page).
