Currently run as part of a larger dairy operation, the all-flat contour of mostly fertile mineral soils over sand, has the ability to be fully irrigated via a K-line system with water sourced from the Waihou River catchment.
The dairy shed is currently being re-installed (was 40ASHB however probably be 30 cups going forward). A hardly used concrete feed pad plus a lined effluent pond and a four million litre Kliptank are adjacent to the dairy. Water for stock is sourced from the Waihou River and reticulated around the farm via mostly 32mm and 25mm mainlines with 20mm laterals.
Support buildings handy to the dairy shed include two five bay gable pole sheds with workshop facilities and a concrete fertiliser/PK bunker. There is also a four bay gable barn further down the property. The property is well raced to all 60 paddocks with mostly two wire electric fencing throughout.
